## Affirmation of the day

I recognize the Presence of God in myself and in all beings. I visualize a planet in harmony.

## The Moon

### Waning Moon in Leo (until 14:30 UTC)

The Waning Moon is favorable for eliminating, letting go, and leaving things behind. Its combination with Leo helps these processes be carried out out of love for ourselves and for others, since Leo is related to the heart and is capable of acts of great generosity, among them freeing someone or something. On its adverse side, Leo is related to pride. We must be alert not to fall into provocations produced by the adverse Pluto/Mercury aspect, which can lead us to useless arguments that wear us down and distance us from the people we love.

### Waning Moon in Virgo (starting at 14:30 UTC)

A good time to cut your hair so that it thickens, not so that it grows. Virgo is fond of detail, quality control, and saving. This influence gives the day a desire to do things with excellence, and we will achieve it if we do not let ourselves be carried away by Virgo’s tendency toward self-criticism and excessive perfectionism, which can make us take longer than we should doing our everyday chores and make us feel that it is never enough or that we are not sufficiently prepared.

## The planets

### Mercury enters Scorpio (09:10 UTC)

It is said of Scorpio that it has “honey in its hands and a sting in its tongue.” This makes Scorpio's main weapon its communication. During this cycle we must take care how we say things, for the tendency is to speak so directly that we may hurt others without meaning to.

- Neptune adverse Sun
