## The Moon

### Waning Moon in Libra

Libra is the sign of diplomacy and beauty. It seeks to look good to everyone. It is not a good time to deal with romantic matters, since the adverse Neptune/Venus/Mars aspect makes us distrustful and even aggressive. A good time to make a change of look or refresh our wardrobe, since the Waning Moon will help us let go of what we do not use, without attachments. It is not a good day to make long-term plans, since Libra makes us a little indecisive, and what we think today, we no longer see the same way tomorrow.

## Aspects in force

- Neptune favorable Sun
- Pluto favorable Neptune
- Pluto favorable Uranus
- Neptune adverse Venus/Mars
- Uranus adverse Sun

## Public holiday in 2 countries

- Norfolk Island: Thanksgiving Day
- Sri Lanka: Il Full Moon Poya Day
