## The Moon

### New Moon in Leo

Leo loves recognition and applause; it thinks and acts on a grand scale, so this influence gives the New Moon the capacity to conceive, create and launch ambitious projects. Leo reminds us of our own worth and of what we deserve in life. It is not a good day to go shopping. Leo leads us to spend more than we should.

## The planets

### Venus enters Gemini (12:32 UTC)

Gemini is the sign of friendship and sharing. Venus’ passage through this sign gives relationships a playful character. It is important to take advantage of this cycle’s influence to rekindle old friendships, strengthen existing ones, and lift our relationship out of monotony if it has lost its cheerful, joyful touch.
