## Affirmation of the day

I am ready to let go. Letting go of what does not make me happy is a way to gain well-being.

## The Moon

### Full Moon in Capricorn (until 18:02 UTC)

Capricorn brings to the Full Moon a touch of evolution, a desire to reach higher. It has the ability to visualize its goals, positively minimizing risks. When others ask themselves, “Why would it be possible?”, Capricorn affirms, “Why would it not be possible?” Capricorn can give up everything, even its basic needs, in order to fulfill its dream. The only thing we must keep in mind today is that the Moon in Capricorn tends to delay things. Let us set out early to conquer those heights that Capricorn promises us.

### Full Moon in Aquarius (starting at 18:02 UTC)

Aquarius gives the Full Moon an innovative, creative character, ready to change paradigms and cross borders. A positive day to fill ourselves with confidence, renew ourselves and seek new ways of doing things. It gives us a vision of the future and allows us to devise unusual paths, provided our goals are clear. A good day to acquire technology and break chains.

## The planets

### Summer Solstice (14:11 UTC)

Today we celebrate the summer solstice, the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. In the Southern Hemisphere the winter solstice is celebrated, the longest night of the year. In the Northern Hemisphere the days will gradually become shorter, and in the Southern Hemisphere the days will gradually become longer. It is a celebration of fire and light, of the duality between light and darkness, always seeking the balance that occurs at the equinoxes. In many places on the planet there will be groups and people meditating, so let us connect with this luminous energy, with the Sun, giver of life, with Gaia, our Mother Earth, with the Source from which we all come, and let us send thoughts of love and well-being to all beings on the planet and repeat: “May all beings be happy, may all beings be blissful, may all beings be at peace. May all beings have bread, shelter and warmth for their body and nourishment for their spirit.”
