## The Moon

### New Moon in Libra (until 22:54 UTC)

It is a diplomatic and conciliatory Moon, perfect for reaching agreements in court, as long as it does not involve the dissolution of marriage partnerships that involve separation of property. It heightens our sensitivity to what is beautiful and harmonious. It is not a good time to make decisions, because Libra makes us indecisive, and in the midst of indecision, while Libra hesitates, stronger people make the decisions or act on our behalf. We should also avoid excessive spending. Because of the sensuality that characterizes Libra, there is a tendency toward excess and an increase in addictions due to the adverse aspect Uranus/Sun/Venus/Jupiter.

### New Moon in Scorpio (starting at 22:54 UTC)

Matters that begin with a New Moon follow a process of growth that is slow but sure and steady. Scorpio helps generate an extra surge of energy to take that first step. Scorpio loves new paths and challenges.
